Most agents can show you a house. What I bring is the perspective of someone who has owned luxury homes, restored heritage properties, and spent a career in investments and finance, so when we walk a property together, you hear what it's worth, what it will cost to make it yours, and whether the asking price respects either number.
Luxury buyers. Waterfront, view properties and distinctive homes across Victoria's core, Oak Bay, North Saanich and Lands End, Metchosin and the Westshore, and as far as Mill Bay for the right property.
Heritage and character home buyers. I've restored a 1911 Samuel Maclure home and I'm deep in my second project. If you're drawn to character homes, you'll want someone who can see past fresh paint, in both directions.
First-time buyers. Helping people through that milestone is some of the most satisfying work I do. You'll get the same preparation, patience and straight talk as my luxury clients, because you're making the biggest purchase of your life.
We start with a real conversation about what you're looking for and what it should cost. Then: curated showings (not a firehose of listings), honest assessments on the spot, and when you find the one, a negotiation run by someone who's spent twenty years doing exactly that.
