When you submit a home valuation or a property inquiry, the form may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any message you choose to include. If you call, text, or email instead, the information you send that way is also received.
This information is used only to respond to your inquiry or valuation request, to contact you about the property or service you asked about. It is not used to build a marketing list beyond that conversation unless you separately agree.
Submissions go to Kris Ricci / The Agency Victoria so he can follow up. The website is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions as a service provider. Information is not sold, rented, or traded to third parties for their own marketing.
Inquiry and valuation details are kept as long as they are needed to complete the conversation and any related real estate work, and as required by British Columbia real estate record-keeping rules. After that they are deleted or archived according to those requirements.
